I already took the wheel so you can't see it but it's where i'm looking at. You have to get a helicopter and land on the tribune or park a car against it and jump from the car onto it.

Hey there, really like your info- have been looking everywhere for this- but do you have know where the last ones are???- plus I can make sense of the picture above the stadium- you say you have already taken the wheel?
